What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Some items can be made in small quantities, others need larger runs to be cost-effective. The minimum is listed on each product, and we’ll suggest options that fit your quantity.
How long does production take?
Most orders take [X–Y working days] after design approval. Large or fully custom projects can take longer. Share your deadline and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Will I see a design before production?
Yes. We send a digital mockup of your branding for approval. Production starts only after you sign off.
Can I get a sample first?
Samples are available for many products, especially on larger orders. Ask us when you request your quote.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the product, the quantity, the branding method, packaging and delivery. Quantity has the biggest effect, because setup costs are spread across the run, so it is worth asking for pricing at two or three quantities.
Design & branding
Do you deliver outside my city?
We deliver across Pakistan. For multi-location deliveries, such as kits to several offices, we can pack and ship to each address.
Can you deliver to individual home addresses?
Yes. This is common for festive gifting and for remote employees. It costs more than a single bulk delivery and needs complete addresses with contact numbers.
What are your payment terms?

Do you work with government and public sector organisations?

Delivery & payment
Do I need to provide the design?
No. Send us your logo and our design team will prepare the artwork. If you have ready artwork, we’ll check it for print.
What file format should my logo be in?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the best results. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it and we’ll advise. Our guide on artwork files explains this in detail.
Can you match our brand colours exactly?
On printed surfaces we can match closely using Pantone or CMYK references. Natural materials such as wood and kraft card will shift the tone slightly, and engraving produces a single tone set by the material.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell us as soon as you receive the order. Every order is checked before dispatch, and we will agree a replacement or repair for anything damaged in transit.
Can we reorder the same items later?
Yes, and repeat orders are usually faster because the approved artwork is already set up. This is common for welcome kits and stationery.
